Ecobase™ TF Polymer Binder (Ecobase TF) is a proprietary electro-chemical and physico-chemical activated nano admixture that removes adsorbed water from soil particle. This leads to an irreversible agglomeration of fines and greatly reduces the water capillary action. Ecobase TF also aids the formation of intermediate hydrates by effectively mobilizing hydration water within the stabilized material during the curing period. This results in the formation of a denser and stronger material that offers better protection against water infiltration and cracking over time and under traffic.

Ecobase TF effectively protects the treated soil against water infiltration under in-situ conditions. It also allows for better compaction of the treated soil through densification.

Ecobase TF stabilised materials are several times stronger than using cement alone (verified by independent lab tests). This allows for reduced cement requirements while maintaining the same strength and specifications. When compared to liquefied soil stabiliser (LSS) products, Ecobase TF stabilised clayey soil with similar cement content usage is up to 5 times stronger than similar LSS grade.

Applications
Ecobase TF can be used in all types of cement related stabilisation, building and construction works including Cement Modified Soil (CMS), Soil Cement Base (SCB), Cement Treated Base (CTB), Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC), Concrete (Normal, Reinforced, High Strength and High Performance) and Liquefied Soil Stabiliser (LSS) applications.

Product Description: Ecobase TF is almost colourless, viscous and highly concentrated. It is environmentally safe and does not require any hazardous warning labels; it may be stored for extended periods of time in steel containers.  It is non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-allergenic and non-toxic even in its 'concentrated' form.  Ecobase is composed of virgin raw materials and contains no recycled materials or petroleum by-products.  It may freeze at zero degree Celsius (or 30° F), but returns to identical characteristics after thawing by rolling the drums on its side or with mechanical agitation.  When used as designed and directed, Ecobase meets all U.S.A. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements and standards.
